We actively inspect newly-built duplex and freestanding house products across Sydney, deliberately attending the earliest and most competitive open homes, where genuine buyers first engage with a property and initial reactions, objections and enthusiasm are revealed. These moments provide critical insight into how product, layout, specification and location are received by the true end market, before price anchoring or negotiation dynamics distort perception.

​We track sales campaigns in real time, from first open through to completion, monitoring shifts in buyer interest, pricing strategy, days on market and campaign momentum.
